Christine Bialczak is a special education teacher and author of several childrens books, with more on the way. Kids just love her characters and "Penelope" is the star of Christine's first series. Penelope and all the characters make perfect illustrations for children's wear and even adult gifts - so we're making them available here on Redbubble!
