There are two things I have done for as long as I can remember: explore mathematics, and create things with my hands. The math led to my day job: I am a math professor at a Maryland public liberal arts college. I express my creative side through knitting, crochet, beadwork, sewing, and hand crafts in general. As a restlessly curious person, I constantly find new ways to combine mathematics and the arts. I started this shop to bring more beautiful math-inspired images into the world.
