HOBY Florida East is a local affiliate of the national Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation (HOBY). HOBY's mission is to motivate and empower individuals to make a difference within our society. Through our local state seminars, we help young adults first define and understand their personal leadership style, then learn how to integrate those strengths and weaknesses into a group setting, and finally develop the skills necessary to become effective leaders.
