The Craft Emergency Relief Fund (CERF+) serves craft artists across the United States and territories by providing emergency relief, preparedness education and resources, advocacy, and network building. Founded in 1985 by craft artists as a mutual aid organization, we continue this tradition CERF+ as the “go to” organization for craft artists seeking emergency relief and preparedness resources. CERF+ is a dedicated advocate and disaster management leader in the arts and culture sector.
