VICTOR RAMON MOJICA was born and raised in Manhattan, New York, but now lives in the New York Capital Region. He is an illustrator, cartoonist, writer, and publisher with works such as his critically acclaimed comic book series "eugenus®, The Next Step in Human Evolution," and the children's book Captain CROSSBONES® in The Treasure Hunt. Currently, he is producing a Captain CROSSBONES cartoon strip for a local magazine, "The Columbia Insider," published by Pat Fisher and Ed Pollack.
