I'm Andres, a life and success coach who turns challenges into growth opportunities. After being diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis at 4 and paralyzed at 21 from a car accident, I've learned to channel resilience into helping others overcome adversity. As the founder of Millennial Zen Coaching, I blend mindfulness, Stoicism, and creativity to empower clients. I also use art to practice what I coach and to add a touch of beauty to the world.
