The name Althea the Third represents the feelings I want you to feel when looking at my work. Althea is a name that means wholesome or to cure. And ‘the Third’ is in reference to Lupin the Third, who is a man with a twisted sense of humor. My art has flowers and cute animals, but I like to sprinkle in odd characters. Each painting is made with watercolors, inks, and markers and collaged together in Photoshop.
