I spent my formative years as a hippy wild-child roaming the western shores of Port Stephens, NSW, Australia where beachfront holiday cottages stood silent and empty, waiting for their owners to return each summer to enjoy the idyllic location. I credit my passion for creativity to hours of castle building for soldier crabs and sculpting mermaids in the sand.
