The South Dakota Department of Propaganda was created by Governor Kristi Noem via executive order 2019-26 pursuant to UN Agenda 21. Objectives include cultural homogenization, suppression of deviant behavior, put down defiance of authority, distraction from/disavow paranormal activity, and general demoralization so long as it does not interfere with our primary objective.
