Ruth is a lifelong artist, healer, teacher, writer, poet, yogi, and improver. Creativity in, but not limited to art, yoga, and meditation has remained her emotional, physical, and spiritual refuge and are the only things that slow down her ‘madly off in all directions’ brain. Ruth enjoys long, mostly one-sided conversations with Picasso, her parrot, or binge-watching dark BBC crime dramas.
