Luca Carey

Luca Carey was born in New York City, where he lived until attending the Savannah College of Art and Design where he earned a degree in Sequential Art. His work has a suite of influences, including atmospheric science fiction dramas, Moebius, Beksinski, and Giger. His work is highly surreal and fantastical, alluding to disparate themes and visual motifs to create a unified, dream-like whole that is rousing and at times unsettling but ultimately pleasing to the eye.
