I created Bean after living and working for more than a decade in Shimane prefecture in Japan. Shimane is on the west coast and has the longest living people in all of Japan (it overtook Okinawa). Bean is a happy healthy character that embodies the warmth, love and joy - and kawaii culture - of the people of Shimane. Our vision at Just Bean Happy is Happiness for all through all for Happiness.
