Keep life simple as much as you can. Go out into outdoor spaces, parks, national parks and enjoy the fresh simple joy of the birds, animals, rivers and lakes. From the pebbles, rocks to the fresh air and mountains. A little joy can bring inspiration to anyone who needs it.
