The artist kids he must be the child of notorious cinematic characters Norma Desmond and Norman Bates. He says the dissociative personalities of both parents justify the variety of his themes and the freedom in his working method. Bates’work has been featured in many newspapers and magazines and at the moment he continues to work with an enormous diversity of themes, rigorously obeying only his inspiration, not limited by a specific style.
