Any funds raised here will go towards the costs of restoring the cockpit section of Hawker Hunter T7 XL609, a two seat jet fighter/trainer built in 1958. The cockpit will be restored and converted into a PC based flight simulator. The restoration will be sympathetic and non destructive and will, wherever possible, utilise original Hunter parts with the long term goal of making the simulator accessible to others for education and entertainment.
