Cindy Pagan is the resident artist (and CEO) of Spelled Ink llc, a magical little bookstore in Orange, Va. An all around artistic individual, she’s also a writer, and uses the pen name Whovina ( and sometimes creates her novelty designs under her unusual pen name). Why? She isn’t really sure. Maybe she just likes to be weird, or maybe she was suffering from imposter syndrome when she first signed up for Redbubble.
