sandhill

I'm a retired former special education teacher who has lived in the Tampa Bay area of Florida for over 24 yrs. A family of sandhill cranes actually does live on the bird sanctuary island right behind my home. I watch their cycle from egg to egg repeat itself each year. Ii like to create children's stories, photograph whatever I find lovely or odd, and lastly I try to render the feelings of the sights, sounds and events around me in paints and sometimes poetry. My life is full.
