I consider my paintings an extension of the spirit found in nature. For me that means my art is a way by which I connect with the energy of the universe, a channel, if you will, to the eternal. Capturing the vibrancy & energy in nature through my landscape drawings and paintings is a very spiritual experience for me. I believe the earth is alive and timeless, and that is what I’m attempting to capture on the canvas.
