In 2008, I moved into the darkest, dingiest student house in the darkest, dingiest corner of Birmingham. I avoided the library and the text books, and instead, I picked up a paintbrush and began painting pictures of my favourite movie stars, quirky cars and anything else to brighten up my room. Before long, popartbynatalie was born.
