I was trained in oils, and have been creating art for over 20 years. As a mixed media artist, I am drawn to texture, pattern and colors of nature. I work in paper collage, using magazine photos that I have altered with a solution to create interesting patterns and textures. Those pages are torn to use in my collage works that are dreamy, abstract landscapes, and sometimes are a fantasy. My acrylic works are bright and bold statements.
