Art journalling became part of my life in 2014, and tangling (creative doodling) a couple of years later. I now combine these as an enjoyable daily practice. Arts and crafts—in some form or another—have been a central feature of my entire life. Whether it be knitting, sewing, or crochet; watercolour, weaving or writing – there is always some project in progress. I live in Wonderful Wales with my husband, and close to my sons and their families.
