Michael Beckett

Michael Beckett is a Calgary based artist who just loves the process of creating art. His favorite media is acrylic paint and likes working with conte (hard pastel), but also likes playing with new 'toys'. Subject matter can vary widely, but tends to paint still lifes, natural scenes and wildlife, and figurative work. He also enjoys using conte to draw uniquely styled portraits. He has now taken up watercolors and has found a new joy creating art cards (also known as ATC's or ACEO's).
