Maria Coletsis works with issues concerned with identity and sexuality. Since receiving her MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, she has exhibited her artwork in galleries internationally. Her photographs were included in the 2012 East London photography festival, chosen by the curator of the Whitney Museum for the 2010 Viridian gallery open call in New York and have been published in many international magazines and newspapers.
