My current collection of work is of a tropical and vibrant nature. Flamingos take centre stage, my alter ego perhaps, featuring in the ‘Flamingo about Town’ series. Lockdown has inspired painted montages of local scenes. Since seeing the jewel-like qualities of the hummingbird on my first visit to Trinidad, I have returned to this exotic subject in my new body of work, Hummingbirds and Flowers.
