From playing with my mother's old Polaroid to an aunt on my father's side who gave one-time use cameras to all the kids one Christmas, I have been behind the lens almost as many times as I have been in front of it. Before I got my first digital camera, my photos were nothing special. After is another story. I won multiple blue ribbons at the closest fair one year. I would have won Best In Show, except I was using my digital camera, and there was an unwritten rule against digital photographs.
