Diane Penn Artist Statement. POP ART, Modern art that is both spiritual and fun. I use all mediums - both digital and traditional - oil, acrylic, watercolor painting, pastels and ink. I enjoy trying new techniques and experimenting. Studied Fine Art and Graphic Design at Wichita State University as well as the School of LIFE. Enjoy!
