    My name is Dharshani Haththotuwa. I am an abstract painter. I prefer abstracts because as the viewer you can interpret the painting as you like. I primarily use acrylic on canvas. I am inspired by color, texture, patterns, and shapes. I allow inspiration to guide me and make moves based on instinct. For me, the canvas is like a mirror reflecting how I feel inside at that moment, by my surroundings and my memories. Therefore, my work is constantly evolving.
