Corinne Basabe (formerly Corinne Innis) is a Virgin Islander. She is a visual artist, publicist, and writer. Her work is in private collections in the United States, Europe and South America. She has exhibited in solo and group shows throughout the country. Her work has been shown at the African American Museum
in Dallas Texas and has appeared in The International Review of African American
Art. She is inspired by paintings by Frank Bowling, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Mark Rothko.
