I'm a writer, activist and artist (she/they). I work with Comunidad Inti Wara Yassi (CIWY), a Bolivian NGO that manages three wildlife sanctuaries and gives homes to animals rescued from illegal wildlife trafficking. I live on the Isle of Eigg in Scotland, and my first book - about falling in love with a rescued puma named Wayra - is called The Puma Years (published by Little A). 75% of my proceeds from the book are donated to CIWY. 10% of all artwork sales are donated to CIWY.
