Surfer, artist, and mental health advocate with a B.A. in Psychology. I combine ocean vibes with mental health themes. My signature is the skeleton Shaka—a surf icon that also stands for grounding and stress relief. Surfing is therapy; it keeps me fully present. Looking out at the water on the horizon makes me think, "it’s hard not to be at peace with life when you’ve got a view like this" (adapted from an Irish-Mediterranean writer).
