I always had an inclination towards art. While painting, I am in a zone that is entirely my own. It is a source of relaxation and self expression. Focusing on my work gives my brian a break from daily thoughts. The effect is similar to meditation and painting allows me to center myself and pay more attention to what is happening in the moment. My work is inspired by nature and landscape.
