Lealand Eve Richard is an artist and art educator living in Bellport, New York. She received her B.F.A. from Brooklyn's Pratt Institute in 2002, and her M.S Ed. in Art Education from Hofstra University in 2011. Equally comfortable working in watercolor, collage and oil paint, she is best known for creating layered, whimsical pieces with a sense of magic. Her work has been published across numerous disciplines and has been exhibited in venues throughout Long Island and N.Y.C.
