    I am a practicing visual artist from the Kwagiulth people, and come from a long family history of artists. My goal as an artist is to create work that successfully balance traditional and contemporary ideas, forms and materials. I consider it an honor to have the responsibility and obligation to keep our people's culture alive through the arts.
