Kanontsistiio is a Haudenosaunee artist living on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Gabrielino/Tongva peoples (Los Angeles). She is a registered member of the Mohawks of Akwesasne in Ontario, Canada, and the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe in New York. She graduated with an MFA from UCLA. She loves nachos, furry pets (especially cats), and all things coffee.
