February 2020 I moved from Australia to the UK to work on the frontline as a nurse in the global pandemic. Moving country & starting a job in a hospital during a global pandemic was no joke. I did my hardest to push through the horrors of the pandemic & take care of my patients but I forgot to take care of myself. All this triggered an episode of my mental health disorder & I decided to come home and take care of myself.
