Fossils-- the petrified remains of animals and plants that were once alive-- are like time machines. They preserve specific moments of the past for us to see in the present. Our minds, too, have fossil records. Just as certain things are more likely to be preserved as fossils, such as bones and shells, certain events are more likely to be etched in our memories. The artwork I sell here is a tribute to the fossil record in both senses-- the Earth's history, and things I love in the present.
