After 34 years of being a physicist for aerospace companies, Ken left a good job in the city, workin’ for the Man every night and day. Those years combined with his music and woodworking hobbies were good preparation for building musical instruments using a physics-based approach. In 2015 he started Whippoorwill Acoustics to build premium autoharps. He considers every one of his autoharps to be a work of art.
