Stephen Huneck was a self-taught American artist known for his dog-themed sculptures, paintings, and furniture. He also wrote & illustrated children's books. He opened Dog Mountain in 2000, to celebrate the love of dogs, it was his lifelong passion. He passed away in 2010, but his legacy continues through his art & Dog Mountain.
