Jonathan Brendefur, PhD is the president of Developing Mathematical Thinking Institute, which partners with school districts to provide math professional development and curricular resources to improve math understanding and achievement. He is a former math teacher and professor focusing on mathematical learning progressions, student learning, instruction, professional development, and curriculum. He is passionate about all things math and still works in classrooms with teachers and students!
