Phoenix Libotte is 11. He’s been an avid doodler since he was 5, with an active Instagram account. Phoenix has won several art prizes and exhibited across Sydney including at the Operation Art at the Children's Hospital Westmead, the Royal Motor Yacht Club Youth Art Competition and the Northern Beaches Environmental Art and Design Prize.
