I am an artist and a retired NYC art teacher. As an artist I am inspired by the natural world and all the beauty that is found there. I am always searching for the unnoticed, those patterns, lines, shapes, textures and colors that nature provides, such as leaves reflecting on rippling water, textures and abstract patterns of bark, ripples in the sand and light and shadow on surfaces. I incorporate these beautiful designs into my work and bring them to life for all to see.
