Courageous Community Services

Courageous Community Services is a small nonprofit founded in 1963 when disabled children were being excluded from summer camps, so a group of parents banded together to create their own. Since then, we've expanded and now offer camping programs for ages 5 to 120, with some campers coming continuously for over 50 years. CCS also facilitates the People First of Toledo self-advocacy group and offers other generalized advocacy services.
