A Palestinian, Qurrat (Samah Al-Lulu) was born in Qatar in 1987. She grew up and learned there. In 2009, she received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science - but her participation in exhibitions and art competitions led to a transformation and, in 2017, Qurrat quit her career to become a full-time visual artist.
