My (Angela's) work attempts to be more exorbitant than even the original subject matter. I hope that my Under the Wattle captures the experience of feeling surrounded by the abundance of the Wattle as you look through it from up close.
Children in our family are creating paintings inspired by Australian Native wildlife. I notice that my daughter's style and painting technique captures the essence of the subject matter and feels full of life.
