weirdove doesn't do solemn. Death, desire, institutions, your own head... None of it gets the serious treatment you're told to give it. Four collections, same instinct running under all of them. It just took a while to stop being polite about it: gothic, psychedelic, pop, attitude. Some of it's a trip. Some of it bites back.
