I'm a first-year veterinary student who also loves making art! I painted this piece as part of a series that likens the beauty and resiliency of Black girls with flowers. However, I hope my work can inspire anyone that your dreams are never out of reach. The funds from my shop will go towards supporting my veterinary school tuition, and allow me to become part of the 1% of veterinarians who are Black. Thank you for your support!
