Spastic Paraplegia

The Spastic Paraplegia Foundation is the only organization in the USA dedicated to finding cures and providing resources for those impacted by Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia and Primary Lateral Sclerosis. HSP and PLS are chronic, degenerative neuromuscular diseases similar to Lou Gehrig’s (ALS).
