Sharon Waldron

Sharon Waldron is a Hobart based oil painter and print maker who depicts the essence of Tasmanian landscape through exploring the interconnectedness between the earth, plants, sky, sea, animals and people, past and present; interacting with the elements portrayed. An art educator for over twenty years, Sharon is invigorated by young people’s sense of wonder about the natural world and for art-making practices.
