Obsidian Botanicals Studio was founded in 2018 by Australian artist Kathryn Boundy. Having graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a double major in Painting and Drawing; She went on to have multiple exhibitions in both regional and private art galleries. The main themes of her work include The Natural world, Post-apocalypse, and Man Vs Nature. Since 2014 art practise has expanded to include sculpture and textiles.
