My name is Mari and I’m an Edinburgh based artist. I love to create landscapes that express the mood of a place, and what it feels like to be there. I especially focus on light and weather. I draw as a means of observing my surroundings; it allows me to notice details I might otherwise overlook. I graduated in textiles from Edinburgh College of Art in 2014. During the day, I run a puppet making company called Picture to Puppet.
